Kimchi Base Sauce
Hot and full of Umami, this sauce which is based on chilli, miso and garlic works perfectly as a marinade, dip sauce, in a stir fry and with Kimchi pickles.
Water, Miso Paste (11%) (Fermented Soybean (Soya Bean, Water, Salt, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin)), Water, Salt, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid)), Salt, Sugar, Garlic Purée, Red Chilli Purée (4%), Cayenne Pepper (3.5%), Spirit Vinegar, Yeast Extract, Apple Pulp, Acid (Lactic Acid), Garlic Powder, Rapeseed Oil, Colour (Paprika Extract), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Ginger Powder, Garlic Oil.
