- 80g Heritage Carrots
- 25g Beetroot
- 20g Radish
- 30g Mixed Salad
- 5g Sesame seeds
- 25g Mizkan Wasabi Dressing
- Peel the carrots and then make long shavings of carrot with the peeler and set aside.
- Peel the beetroot, cut thin slices and keep them to one side.
- Slice the radish very thinly and place the slices into a mixing bowl.
- Add the mixed salad, the carrots and the beetroot and season.
- Plate it nicely and garnish with the sesame seeds and wasabi dressing.
