Made with Mizkan Wasabi Sauce and Dressing

Wasabi Sauce and Dressing


  • 80g Heritage Carrots
  • 25g Beetroot
  • 20g Radish
  • 30g Mixed Salad
  • 5g Sesame seeds
  • 25g Mizkan Wasabi Dressing


  1. Peel the carrots and then make long shavings of carrot with the peeler and set aside.
  2. Peel the beetroot, cut thin slices and keep them to one side.
  3. Slice the radish very thinly and place the slices into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the mixed salad, the carrots and the beetroot and season.
  5. Plate it nicely and garnish with the sesame seeds and wasabi dressing.
