- 5 cooked new potatoes
- 5 cornichons
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 tsp chopped chives
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp wasabi dressing
- Boil the egg for six minutes, cool peel and chop roughly.
- Chop the cornichons, capers, parsley and half the chives. Put into a bowl all together.
- Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces.
- Combine all the ingredients well with the wasabi dressing and serve garnished with a few more chopped chives.
