Potato Salad with Egg and Wasabi Dressing

Wasabi Sauce and Dressing


  • 5 cooked new potatoes
  • 5 cornichons
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 tsp chopped chives
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp wasabi dressing


  1. Boil the egg for six minutes, cool peel and chop roughly.
  2. Chop the cornichons, capers, parsley and half the chives. Put into a bowl all together.
  3. Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces.
  4. Combine all the ingredients well with the wasabi dressing and serve garnished with a few more chopped chives.
