- 80g Rocket
- 30g Cherry Tomatoes
- 30g Red Peppers
- 30g Yellow Peppers
- 10g Almonds
- 3g Mustard Cress
- 25g Mizkan Wasabi Dressing
- Optional: Two beef steaks – cooked to preference
- Cut your cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
- Slice your peppers very thinly, place them in a mixing bowl and add the tomatoes and rocket.
- Dress everything with wasabi dressing and place it on the serving plate. If using the beef now add the beef to the dish.
- Garnish with the almonds and mustard cress.
