Turbot & Lime Sushi Rolls with Wasabi Dressing

Wasabi Sauce and Dressing


  • 40ml Rice Vinegar
  • 20g Sugar
  • 10g Salt
  • 100g Brown Sushi Rice
  • 11g Sea weed (Yaki Nori)
  • 50g Turbot
  • One segment of lime
  • 45g Mango
  • 45g Cucumber
  • 5g Coriander
  • 20g Mizkan Wasabi Dressing


  1. Start by cooking the sushi rice by using an electric rice cooker and following the cooking instructions. Remember that sushi rice always requires the same amount of water to rice.
  2. Once the rice is cooked and cooled, warm up the vinegar, salt and sugar in a saucepan until they dissolve and then pour over the cooked rice to season it.
  3. Chop the mango and cucumber into sticks and set aside.
  4. Place the seaweed flat, cover it with the brown rice, and place the turbot on top.
  5. Add the lime zest and some drops of lime juice.
  6. Add the mango, cucumber and coriander.
  7. Top the roll with the wasabi dressing.
  8. Cut it in 8 pieces with a sharp knife, plate it and garnish with the wasabi and Gari.
