Veal Burger with Wasabi Style Dressing

Wasabi Sauce and Dressing


  • 500g minced veal
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 slices beef tomato
  • 2 slices red onion
  • 2 leaves round lettuce
  • 2 brioche burger buns
  • Olive oil
  • Wasabi dressing to taste


  1. Cook the onion until soft in olive oil. Stir in the herbs and leave to cool.
  2. Combine with the mince and form two burger patties.
  3. On a hot grill cook the burger to your preference.
  4. Toast the burger buns.
  5. Assemble the burger, using the lettuce, tomato, onion and the wasabi dressing.
