- 600g white cabbage, or a half half mix of white and red, finely shredded
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 3 carrots, grated
- 8 tbsp Wasabi Style Dressing (or a mix of Wasabi Style Dressing and mayonnaise for less heat)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Simply add everything to a large mixing bowl and stir well until everything is coated in dressing. Season to taste with a touch of salt and plenty of black pepper.
